Compare the full intelligence workflow

Each vendor may be stronger at a particular layer. The decision is whether the proposed combination covers the layers your team actually has to operate—and whether those layers are native, integrated, partner-delivered, service-dependent, or still in Early Access.

Technical questions

  • How is the data collected, licensed, or supplied by the customer?
  • What happens between a raw record and an alert?
  • Is the detection tied to a published taxonomy or an opaque model score?
  • How are duplicates, story evolution, novelty, and cross-risk effects handled?
  • Can analysts investigate the source, history, entities, infrastructure, and relationships?
  • What evidence, confidence, provenance, and decision history are retained?

Operating questions

  • Can public and customer data enter the same workflow?
  • Can the same system support alerts, analytics, reports, APIs, and service delivery?
  • Can a security firm separate customers, taxonomies, workflows, budgets, and reports?
