Avoid Alert Fatigue and Stay Up-to-Date on Critical Events with Real-time Alerting

DigitalStakeout Scout's alerting feature allows users to set up notifications or alerts for specific keywords, topics, and enriched meta-data in collected data. This allows users to stay informed about developments in their area of interest without having to continuously monitor the sources of information themselves.

To use the alert feature, users must first specify the criteria they want to be notified about. This includes:

  • The source of data for the alert

  • The Boolean or entity-level criteria that trigger the alert

  • The frequency of the alert

  • How to be notified about the alert

  • Volume required to trigger the alert

Once the criteria have been set, DigitalStakeout Scout will continuously monitor the target monitors and various sources of information for mentions of the keywords or matching query specified by the user.

Whenever a mention is found, a notification will be sent to the user through their preferred method of notification (such as email or through a notification within DigitalStakeout itself).

It's to be noted that each user can choose how they want to be notified, and can change their preferences at any time.
